Dear Valued N-Tracking Customers,

As previously communicated, NAVBLUE is migrating to using AWS virtual servers for the N-Tracking product. 

The URL for the new AWS server is below and you may begin using this immediately:
 
https://prod.ntracking.vmc.navblue.cloud

Credentials used to login to the system will remain the same.

Both systems will be accessible until WEDNESDAY September 27th 2023 at 1300z when the Lumen N-Tracking server will be shutdown.

For customers with an ACARS message bridge integration, this functionality is now available on the AWS server.

You may log a Support ticket or contact your Customer Success Managers for any questions or assistance you may have about this transition to the AWS Virtual Server.

Due to 3rd Party Upstream Provider Maintenance , the service N-Tracking will be unavailable during the specified time frame:

*Please note this only affects customers who consume space-based ADS-B data.

Details: Please be aware that on June 9 between 18:00 and 18:30 UTC, our upstream provider has scheduled maintenance.  Although we do not expect any impact, we are informing customers out of caution.

Please note that this maintenance will not impact terrestrial ADS-B data.
